Vice-President/Event Planner

Duties

• Meetings:  Attend Board meetings and Committee meetings

• Voting member

• Presidency:  Taking on the responsibilities of the president if the president is absent

• Event planning:  Oversee and facilitate the Maclure reunions

• Policies and protocols:  Following the Maclure Alumni's policies and protocols for all events and activities
